Description
- Development of a highly effective Customer Communications Strategy leveraging internal channels that drives increased customer engagement and program redemption. The Customer Communications Strategy will encompass value proposition messaging, channel and contact strategy including opportunities to utilize the program as a new prospect acquisition tool and will require working with direct marketing agencies to ensure the communications are impactful in driving key loyalty metrics.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the loyalty assets in appropriate cardmember programs/channels to increase the reach/impact of the assets.
- Develop a robust set of performance metrics and program MIS that supports a deep analysis of program trends, customer engagement and satisfaction and financial contribution that will inform program feature evolution and enhancements to the customer experience.
- Lead internal infrastructure development process for program enhancements including the drafting of requirements and collaboration with the system and operational teams to successfully execute.
