Job Description
Arbour Counseling Services is currently seeking Therapeutic Mentors to provide one on one guidance to children under the age of 21 -these services are provided in the patient’s home, school, or community. This position is based out of our Worcester clinic and the Metro West region.
Responsibilities include:
Provides structured, one-to-one, strength based support to a child for the purpose of addressing daily living, social, and communication needs. Services include supporting, coaching and training the individual in age appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, problem solving and conflict resolution, and relating appropriately to others. Support is based on behavioral health treatment plan developed by another provider.
Spanish speaking applicants are preferred.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of one year experience providing mentoring/counseling
- High School Diploma, Associates or Bachelors in Human Services, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Applicants must have their own form of transportation
