Under close direction Sprayer Technicians are responsible for a applying corrosion protective coatings to a mill spec in a production environment. Working Safely is 1st priority. Sprayer Techs will be asked to participate in six sigma projects, lean manufacturing events and other process improvement activities. Qualifications Must be a safe and quality oriented member of a dynamic team. Must perform other related duties as required. Willingness to work shifts other than days and overtime as required. Must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation. Must be physically able to lift up wear and work in clean room with full respirator, with or without accommodation High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience or auto body painting experience Should have a high degree of interest in working in a busy production environment which requires a sense of urgency and willingness to do whatever it takes to support our customers. You must be able to work on different tasks and/or duties throughout your workday. Teamwork will be emphasized.
