RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop cooling solutions for NVIDIA GPU products, on a total solution approach.
- Use CAE tools for design and pre prototype analysis and post prototype baselining.
- Work in an integrated environment of thermal, electrical and mechanical engineering.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSME or MSME and 2 years of expereince
- Good knowledge of thermal and mechanical design
- Good knowledge of ECAD/MCAD data flow.
- Excellent knowledge of at least one thermal analysis SW (e.g. IcePak, FloTHERM, Fluent, STAR-CD)
- Good tool knowledge in Pro/Engineer (or equivalent 3D modeling software), preferred with Windchill integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States
