Our client in the Denver Metro area has an immediate need for 1 Process Engineer and 1 Process Technician for their RD department. Candidates will be considered immediately upon application. Thin Film Process Engineer Job Description Responsible for development of thin-film products such as solid state electrochromics, lithium batteries and sensors. Candidate must be experienced in vacuum processing of thin-films using various physical vapor deposition techniques. Knowledge and ability to develop and define process conditions that optimize device performance is required. Experience in maintenance and repair of vacuum systems is strongly desired. Must be detail oriented with strong observation skills. Qualifications - 5-10 years of hands-on professional experience in vacuum deposited thin films including sputtering processing and thin-film analysis/metrology. - Experience with electrochemical devices is highly desirable. - Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable. - Must work effectively in a team environment. - Strong verbal communication skills are expected. - Must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people at various levels. - Well organized and disciplined in maintaining schedules and budgets.
