Third Party Oversight Program Manager – Chicago, New York, or Columbus recruitment

The Third Party Oversight (TPO) Program Manager will lead the central TPO oversight function for the Consumer and Business Banking line of business.
This candidate will work closely with CBB business partners, firm-wide TPO/Sourcing contacts, information risk management partners, and other stakeholders to develop, establish, and manage the CBB TPO Program, in accordance with the firm-wide TPO framework and standards.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build a deep understanding of the firm's strategic framework, expectations, and standards for Third Party Oversight (TPO)Develop and establish standard TPO processes and procedures for CBB, in alignment with firm-wide standards; the program will encompass areas such as risk management, contract compliance, performance management, and relationship managementProvide tools, direction and guidance to CBB managers who have responsibility for vendor relationshipsDevelop and provide regular and ad hoc reporting and tracking to support the measurement, monitoring, and effectiveness of the CBB TPO Program and management of our vendors; track the timely completion of third party assessments and reviews to ensure that vendors are meeting contractual obligations and service levelsEstablish a clear process to escalate non-performance or other issues with third partiesDevelop an aggregated and consistent view of vendor information across CBB (vendors, spend, contract terms, etc.)Ensure that adequate Control Self Assessments are in place to monitor the TPO Program
