DSA is looking for a Threats and Scenarios Working Group Integrator. The successful candidate will be part of a team creating an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for the North American Air Domain Awareness Surveillance (NAADAS) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the facilitation of his/her working group and the integration of results into other WGs as appropriate. In addition they will assure the latest changes to various products/briefs are incorporated and provide the Study Lead information and guidance as to the impact of new guidance has and how it affects the baseline of activities. Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor his/her working group progress and report to the Study Lead on any delays or significant impact to the schedule for the various deliverables and facilitate and integrate the threats and scenarios selected into overall AoA effort and documents, briefings etc

Job requirements:

· 10 or more years’ experience in DoD or Air Force military operations, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in command and control operations or requirements activities related to the North American Air Domain Awareness Surveillance (NAADAS) system.

· Experience in MAJCOM or higher level staffing processes; developing, staffing and presenting documents/briefings for the Air Staff.

· Knowledge and recent experience in with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), specifically dealing with Air Force Requirements Oversight Council (AFROC) and processes.

· Clearance level: Top Secret Clearance ; TS/SCI preferred.

Education and Certifications:

· Completed Defense Acquisition University courses Capabilities Based Planning (CLM041) or Introduction to JCIDS (CLM041) and Core Concepts for Requirements Management RQM110. (if not must successfully complete upon hire)

· A Bachelors degree is required.

· Program Management (PMP) Certification is desired.

· A Masters degree in management, technical, science field or military equivalent Service
