Threshold Reporting (Transparency Directive) recruitment
Excellent career opportiunity with a leading, rapidly-expanding asset manager, working in a team responsible for monitoring and reporting of regulatory threshold requirements across EMEA region.
Key responsibilities will include:
- identifying and reporting holdings that have reached prescribed thresholds
- identifying holding that are approaching prescribed pre-approval thresolds
- making timely and accurate disclosures
- accurate recording all filings and communications
- communicating with Regulators and external parties such as lawyers
- internal communication with relevant groups, e.g. Legal Compliance, Corporate Governance, etc
- maintaining up-to-date understanding of regulatory change and developments impacting the function
- supporting and leading colleagues with internal and external shareholding enquiries
- improving processes, controls and procedures
This his a high visibility role that will involve a high level of interaction with various business groups globally, and will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to gain considerable exposure to global regulatory regimes and jurisdictions.
