My client is a Tier 1 Investment Bank who due to a increased demand and approved headcount are looking to increase their London based Commodities Market Risk Team and seek to hire an experienced Commodities Market Risk Analyst.
This is a high visibility, Front Office facing market risk team who work closely with the traders, providing both complex analysis and strategic advice to influence the commodities trading business. You will asses PL drivers and conduct meaningful stress test scenarios. My client prides themselves on the high calibur of this skilled Commodities Risk team, and are keen to bring someone into this new role who is keen to further develop their expertise in this field.
Candidate profile:
- 4yrs + Market risk experience within Energy/Commodities
- Solid understanding of Derivatives
- Prior working experience within a Trading environment
- Strong IT and Quantitative ability
- Numerate Degree
