We now have an opening at the Vice President level to join the Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure team.

The Role

This team are currently looking to build at the Senior Associate/Vice President level due to a recent departure of an individual who has taken a horizontal move within the bank to the Capital Markets side; this is also due to an incredibly positive and exciting pipeline for 2011 onwards. We are active with pitching and in addition to this our transactions in the market are consistent, as is our dialogue with existing and new clients.

This team are incredibly highly regarded, priding themselves on consistently generating smaller deals on a regular basis.
 At the Director level, this is team are a highly regarded and dynamic set of bankers that hold particularly strong relationships with Senior members of the bank, allowing them to be very well linked into the overall strategy of the bank as a whole.  This is due to the high level of revenue they create, focussing recently on a high level of deals at the value of around £500m.

This is an exciting opportunity for persons looking to join a lively team with a great culture and hit the ground running from day one. The individual bought on will be running the transactions, undergoing the due diligence, managing analysts whilst also having the opportunity to generate new business as well managing existing clients

You will have:
• Experience of financial analysis, modelling and valuations
• A strong record of achievement in a variety of disciplines

• Demonstrated leadership potential
• 2.1 bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• Fluency in a second European language is an advantage.
• Sector/Deal exposure is a must
