Job Summary:
Develop leads that generate new sources of business for the branch(s) assigned to you in
Build relationships, Capitalize on all opportunities, and maintain and service the business you have generated or assigned to you.
Principal Accountabilities:
Sales- 85%
Institute a relationship in all offices serviced
Communicate progresschallenges to Vice President
Provide Customer Service representation by assessing the needs of the customer and offering solutions
Attend Functions Sales Meetings (be prepared to make presentation)
Attend Managers Meetings and conf. Calls (be prepared to make presentation)
Attend Fast Start Training (Eventually take on this function)
Develop leads and actively prospect for new customers
Develop relationships with agents, lenders and builders to increase business
Work Target Agent Lists
Organize functions and Skyline Title, LLC Promotions
Sit face-to-face closings to assist on busy days (i.e. month end)
Actively establish and manage a business development pipeline of prospects to convey value propositions and benefits that address customer needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Administrative-15%
Conduct Agent Training Classes and Seminars: Avoiding the Pitfalls, Contract to Close, etc.
Track and monitor our source of business in TACS and iclosings
Monitor Capture rates
Meet with VP weekly to keep management informed of customer needsconcerns
Prepare monthly marketing plans
Produce Weekly call log and measure results (adjust as needed)
Document and supply activity reports to Management
Send weekly e-mails to Managers advising of new and closed orders
