Job description IBM is currently searching for a Software Specialist selling Tivoli Endpoint Manager built on BigFix Technology. Tivoli Endpoint Manager (TEM) built on BigFix Technology provides high-performance enterprise systems and security management solutions that revolutionizes the way IT organizations manage and secure their computing infrastructures. As a sales account manager, you will quarterback an experienced, professional and accomplished team of resources, work with clients, SI's and partners, to successfully develop and close deals within your territory. Responsibilities: * Build and Manage strategic territory and account plans * Effectively and aggressively manage all aspects of a complex sales cycle * Establish a qualified pipeline of business and maintain an accurate forecast * Grow business thru new customer acquisitions and add-ons to existing customer base * Close Business!!! Achieve and surpass all stated revenue goals for the position. Requirements: * 5(+) Years experience selling Security and Systems Management software solution to the Commercial, Local government, Partner and Systems Integration community * Ability to manage a large territory and to identify key accounts to drive revenue. * A proven track record of closing, large, $1m+, complex, technical transaction and achieving overachieving annual sales goals * Well versed in the security/system management market needs/trends and communicating value propositions to Director and C-Level decision makers * Experience with rapidly growing start-up environments * Outstanding written and oral communication skills Required At least 5 years experience in selling Security and Systems Management software solution to the Commercial, Local government, Partner and Systems Integration community At least 5 years experience in proven track record of closing, large, complex, technical transaction and achieving overachieving annual sales goals Readiness to travel 50% travel annually English: Fluent Preferred Bachelor's Degree Additional information Prefer 3 years of experience working in or selling to at several of the following industries: Financial Services Government Industrial Distribution Communications Healthcare Ability to provide insight to business leaders in at least one of the above industries.
