TMT Analyst or Associate recruitment
The firm has achieved 15% market share in European Technology Exits over the past 12 months, including the sale of LoveFilm for $320m, and the sale of C3 Technologies for $250m.
We are looking for an Associate or experienced Analyst to join our entrepreneurial team.
The role provides the opportunity to work directly with influential industry leaders, venture capital firms and rapid growth technology companies, on both MA transactions and select investment opportunities. This is an opportunity to join a senior team in a junior role, participate in the growth and development of the firm, and build relationships in the European technology community.
Ideal candidate must have previous corporate finance experience in the technology sector, and demonstrate advanced modelling and valuation skills. Investment banking, accounting/transaction services, venture capital or equivalent experience required.
