TMT Corporate Development Analyst recruitment

Our client is a leading corporate with a strong balance sheet and an appetite to do MA. 

The firm operates in the TMT sphere and has always maintained quite an active business development/MA deal team internally who are responsible for strategy and acquisitions/divestments in Europe.

Currently the team requires an experienced MA/TMT Analyst. 

Applicants should have 1.5-2 years MA experience from a bulge bracket, London based investment banking team, ideally either in TMT or an MA product group with a strong interest in TMT. A second European language will be beneficial.
