Whether advising on industry-redefining mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and private capital raising or providing board advisory services, our client brings superior innovation, experience and capabilities to each of our clients.
A growing pipeline combined with their measured strategic growth plans, has led for the need to hire an Analyst / Associate to join the London based team.
Candidates should be:
- At least one year corporate finance experience.
- Outstanding academic track record, with a 2.1 or 1st (or international equivalent) from a leading University;
- Have a drive to work with TMT clients.
- Able to show strong analytical and modelling skills combined with a solid understanding of the MA process.
In addition all applicants should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, academic excellence and commercial acumen.
