- Mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and corporate restructuring advice
- Equity capital markets, equity and debt capital management and raising
- Specialised funds management (including infrastructure and real estate funds)

Key skills and knowledge areas required:
- Have previous experience in Corporate Finance and/or MA at a recognized investment bank.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
- Possess strong leadership, deal execution and client management skills and experience.
- Enjoy and be effective at developing and nurturing client relationships at the appropriate level.
- Be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your clients and peers.
