Top 10 Hedge Fund, with several $billion under management and outstanding reputation. Sophisticated environment with advanced infrastructure and commitment to efficiency are looking to hire an experienced Equity Trade Support Middle Office person currently working at a leading Hedge Fund.
Who are looking to build out a sophisticated equities business with proprietary front to back infrastructure supporting an efficient and innovative investment strategy. The strategy will employ equities, futures, options and swaps. Individuals will be hired not just for their knowledge of front to back operations, but for their ability to contribute to the creation and ongoing enhancement of market leading equities platform.
Must have outstanding academics, numeracy, IT literacy and communication skills. Most importantly the potential to rapidly add value in this extremely switched on environment. It is envisaged this person will have 5-7 years Equity Trade Support Middle Office experience after achieve top quartile academics 1st Class Degree and A/B’s at A level.

This company are able to operate with a flat structure and maintain a non-hierarchical culture. Within your remit would be end to end trade support plus the responsibility to evolve the business processes and systems achieving greater efficiency whilst reducing operational risk. , Confirmation review and transaction management. Flexible, with the ability to resolve problems under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and very detailed orientated. Strong PC skills (Excel, Microsoft Word). Must work well with others, contributing on team level and as well as on an individual level. Takes ownership and completion of problem resolution. Numerate and analytical
Experience of VBA and SQL is highly desirable. If you do not currently have these skills you should be confident you could acquire them very quickly.
