A top 25 practice is looking for an experienced financial controller to join their expanding business, reporting to the managing Partner of the firm. The practice provides
Key responsibilities include: managing a finance team of up to 4 people on a daily basis, assisting the Managing Partner to execute the firm’s strategic objectives and operational activities in a manner that is compliant with legislation and consistent with the culture of the firm, and preparation of year end statutory accounts for the LLP and all group companies (including foreign subsidiaries).
Key competencies required: good communication, proven client service care, acceptance of responsibility instructions, drive, determination performance, technical knowledge competence, proven successful people management, commercial awareness performance.
Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA and degree qualified from a reputable practice, with extensive managerial experience presenting to senior management and attending equity partners meetings.
