Is tanimi: The successful candidate will be responsible from:

- Coordinates schedules of Executive Manager to facilitate meetings, appointments, outside visitors;

- Acts as a problem identification and resolution resource, answers questions, provides guidance, troubleshoots and follows up in resolving problems, both internal and external;

- Responsible for Management meeting notes and follow up;

- Liaison between executive and all departments;

- Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting and meetings.

Aradigimiz profil: The successful candidate is required to have the following experiences and skills:

- Graduated from reputable University;

- +3 years of experience in an administrative/management assistant position preferably in an international organizaton, supporting at the executive level;

- Must very good command of both written and spoken Turkish and English;

- Excellent calender management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings;

- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook;

- Able to handle high-level confidential information;

- Self-starter with an enthusiastic and flexible attitude to a changing work environment;

- A dynamic personality with ability to focus on different sujects and maintain an effective follow up;

- Organisational talent, ability to multi-task and re-prioritise task continually;

- Able to work under pressure to strict deadline.
