Key responsibilities
- To ensure full compliance with credit policies, to lead and ensure the credit analysis, credit decision and credit monitoring of credits within the region
- The effective and efficient support of the business partners a smooth, efficient and solution-oriented process management the risk-focused supervision of the credit portfolio
Requirements
- Min. 3 years work experience as team leader in a similar role
- Min. 7 years work experience in credit functions, as well as strong background in banking and economics (university degree or equivalent is required)
- Fluent in Italian, English and German
- Excellent analytical and conceptual competences with great communication skills
