TOP PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM– Senior investment banking analyst and associate – China based recruitment
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Assist in executing the firm’s transactions
• Perform due diligence, investment analysis and financial analysis
• Prepare transaction documents and marketing materials
• Special projects
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- 2 – 5 years of investment banking or private equity experience
- Strong MA skills
- Degree from top university
- Fluency in English AND Mandarin, native mandarin strongly preferred
- TMT, GIG, NAT RES welcomed
- Consumer retail deal experience a plus
- High motivation and attention to detail
