Top Tier Global Private Bank seeks Head of AML Compliance – Switzerland recruitment
This is an excellent opportunity for senior compliance professionals who are looking for a senior management role within a global institution.
The role will report directly into the CCO but have relative autonomy of the AML/CFT space, currently this will amount to 23 direct reports with the group looking to expand to 35 by the end of the year.
In terms of further career progression this role has a lot of potential with the current CCO previously holding this position. Also an opportunity to progress onto the board is always on offer.
Ideal Candidates
• 10+ years of experience within the compliance space
• Excellent exposure and knowledge of the AML and CFT space
• Understanding of Swiss financial regulations
• Fluent German speaking is a massive asset
• Willing to relocate to Zurich
• Prior experience of management within a compliance function
• Experience working within the Private Banking sector is preferable.
