Top tier US boutique seeks M&A banker 2-5 years experience (Analyst or Associate)
This person will be responsible for performing a broad range of analytical, communication and research duties; Preparing financial analyses in support of the firms due diligence, such analyses will include, but not limited to discounted cash flow analyses, modelling of transaction structures, and financial analyses including EBITDA and valuation multiple calculations, comparable company analyses, industry and company research.
Core responsibilities will include:
• Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises
• Preparing and participating in deal pitches
• Executing end-to-end client transactions
• Very strong communication skills
• High attention to detail coupled with a great work ethic.
They will be able to demonstrate their experience within Investment Banking (MA) and have excellent analytical and technical skills supported by a strong academic background.
