General Description/Primary Purpose:
 

This position is responsible for maintaining the standards and expectations as outlined in our Back of House Best Practices, to include daily oversight of all inventory reports, the assembly and parts request process and to ensure the storeroom cleanliness and organization standards are achieved per our Standards of Excellence book. Since maintaining a productive, efficient and clean Back of House plays an integral role in the success of the store, the Back of House Team Member will be responsible for the proper execution of all storeroom standards along with ensuring a smooth and efficient customer pick-up process.
 
Responsibilities:
 
· Able to navigate Management Work Station (MWS) in order to obtain and maintain all daily  Store Inventory System reporting and metrics
· Pull product from store room to support morning, mid-day or overnight replenishment.
· Ensure all ticket sets from trucks and Not On Floor reports are built and placed for sale in a timely fashion (same day).
· Daily maintenance of the Ready to Ride program including coordinating product assembly and storage and ensuring all pre-built items are located within Store Inventory System.
· Ensure that the parts request program is maintained and up-to-date in accordance with our parts request SOP.
· All cleanliness standards are achieved and maintained per the Standards of Excellence book.  
· Work to ensure all big-ticket pick-ups are handled quickly, accurately and with the highest possible guest service.
· Store any remaining product from the truck that was not completed during the truck process.  
· Responsible for all overstock and perimeter storage on the sales floor to include Store Inventory System upkeep of these locations.
· Operate and teach the safe operation of the bailer and compactor.
· Inspect all ladders to ensure they are safe to use.
· Maintain all safety and loss prevention standards in the storerooms.
· Ensure "Key Item" daily walk is completed.
· Execute all initiatives per Company Standard Operating Procedures.
· Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and inside the store, then store in their proper location.
· Assist guests with selection of merchandise on sales floor.

Required Qualifications:
 

· Able to read the English language
· Basic analytical skills
· Excellent oral/written communication skills
· Basic computer skills
· Detail-oriented
· Ability to lift merchandise up to 50 lbs and carry up to 10 feet
· Able to troubleshoot problems
· Minor mechanical ability to build floor samples.
