Tracking Operations Executive
Our client, a leading global emergency response company based in the City of London, are looking to recruit two intelligent, enthusiastic candidates to join their expanding team.
Based in a fantastic central location in the business district of the capital, our company offer a 24/7 emergency response and tracking service across the world. Due to a growth in popularity, success and workload, they are now seeking to add two permanent employees to their tracking team. A varied and exciting role, responsibilities include:
- Setting up new clients on all company devices
- Integrating client IT systems
- Supporting a portfolio of clients with all tracking needs
- Operational control and coordination of emergency international medical/political issues and evacuations
- General office administration
- Providing accurate training packages to clients to ensure full knowledge and awareness of company services
- Accurate recording and logging of all communications
No previous experience is required and full training is provided - our client are looking for two degree-educated (or equivalent), articulate candidates who have the intelligence and ambition to work in a progressive working environment. Ideally, you will be fluent in a major European language (French, Spanish, German, Italian).
Due to the 24/7 nature of the company, our client are only looking for two candidates willing to work within the company shift pattern, which is as follows:
- 3 day shifts, followed by 3 night shifts, followed by 6 straight days off
- Day shift hours - 8.00am - 8.00pm; Night shift hours - 8.00pm - 8.00am
In addition to having 50% of the year off, you are also entitled to 25 days holiday.
