Overview
The Client Clearing Fixed Income Prime Brokerage Client Service team supports the newly established Markets Clearing Front Office business. The dbClear offering focuses on buy side institutions such as Asset Managers and Hedge Funds who wish to clear transactions via Central Clearing Counterparties (CCPs). It also includes Credit and Rates Prime Brokerage services, i.e. trade intermediation, trade management, advisory, as well as specialized value adding services for its clients.
The Client Service team supports trade booking, trade lifecycle events as well as providing a first line of contact for Client queries and general client service tasks.
The Client Clearing function will be part of the Fixed Income Prime Brokerage Middle Office and Client Service team in London.
The team is a cross product support unit that works closely with the business unit and its clients. Individuals in this team will benefit from accelerated learning and personal growth in this new business growth area.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Middle Office
- Manual trade capture of and validation of Interest Rate Credit Products
- Trade and position controls and reconciliations
- Exception monitoring and trade events
- Documentation of processes and implementation of controls
- Regular participation in project work
Client Service
- Assist the stakeholders with operational aspects of Client Certification
- Client service and query management
Candidate requirements
You will have:
- A Background in financial services industry and knowledge of Interest Rate and Credit Default Swaps products
- An Understanding of Deutsche Bank’s systems, processes and infrastructure (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A high level of team orientation
- The ability to focus and prioritise in a high-pressure environment.
