In order to support the growth of their activities, they are looking to hire a Client Services Manager in the Trade Finance and Cash Management area. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious bank with strong foot holding
The responsibilities of the role will be to handle the relationships with external clients in terms of Trade Finance and Cash Management services. You will ensure that their daily issues/enquiries are being properly managed and solved through an effective communication with the operational team. Your clients will be located in Southern China and Hong Kong, and you might be involved in supporting clients in other locations in Asia. You will manage a junior team member and report directly to the Regional Head of Client Services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Trade Finance operations and client services, ideally with some experience on Cash Management. He will have more than 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong client orientation. Proactivity and capability to work under pressure are essential, as well as the ability to learn and understand new products. Mandarin, Cantonese and English a must.
