Trade Finance Commodity Manager
In response to our clients’ urgent request, Amoria Bond is looking for an experienced Trade Finance Manager to join our client, an Energy Trading company.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking the whole spectrum of Trade Finance, overseeing the whole process and working in connection with the Commodities Traders
• Document Preparation – reviewing and co-ordinating presentations against document L/C’s with the bank and ensure the proper drafting/countering of financial documentation
• Negotiating with Financial institutions, liaising with the banks in financing transactions and ensure the deals are followed through
• Act as a relationship person within the firm in maintaining strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions including negotiation of bi-lateral facilities
• Ensure financial security for each shipment is in good order before giving the approval to load/discharge
• Ensuring adherence to contractual terms and credit policies
Experience
• 8 Years in trade finance experience within the commodities sector
• Cultural sensitivity to adapt and work within a multicultural environment
• The ability to demonstrate and prove how to identify opportunities and solutions to senior management
