Trade Floor Support – Global Bank recruitment

On a daily basis you will be responsible for the day to day support. maintenance and projects for the companies infrastructure. You will be working with a brilliant team where training and development will be promoted throughout your career.

The right candidate will:

•Have experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support on the trade floor.
•Be adept/hands on at problem solving.
•Possess ITIL V3 foundation certification, MS and Cisco Certificates such as: MSCE / CCNA.
•Have solid knowledge of Windows XP, Office, MS-Excell, TCP/IP, E-mail, Voice Video conference tolls, Reuters/Bloomberg support.
•Possess fluent communication skills in English / Cantonese are an advantage.
