JOB DESCRIPTION
Support of the Trade Marketing Manager for Field Force support coordination of Trade Promotional Activities in narrow collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Business development Logistics departments. This implies :
- Elaboration of Brand Trade Argumentation for the Key Account Manager
- Field support: Field Force Tools Development (Cycle Book, Customer Incentive, etc.) and Key Performance Indicators Monitoring
- Coordination of Consumer Animations Field Brand Activation (agency contacts and budget management)
- Support for promotions coordination follow-up
More precisely, the tasks involved will consist of :
- Monitor report Field sales results based upon Key sales indicators
- Coordination of the promotional Sales Cycle with Logistic, Marketing, Customer Service and Sales
- With support of the Business Planning, creation of Trade Argumentation for Off Trade Account Business Review
Personal qualities and skills
· You have a Bachelor or a Master degree in Sales or Marketing
· You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
· You have 2 to 4 years experience in Trade Marketing/ Sales/ Marketing department in FMCG.
· You have organizational analytical skills
· You are a dynamic and ambitious person with a lot of drive
· You are hands-on and problem-solving
· You are open-minded, flexible and open to changes
· You are stress-resistant
· You are creative and you are extravert
· You have strong communication skills
