Trade Marketing

This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planning and Insights Junior Manager to assume responsibility for challenging operation within a FMCG company. The location for this role is in Rome.

 

The ideal candidate is an accomplished Planning Junior Manager, with 2-5 years of experience in marketing (required for this role). You will ideally come from FMCG organization and have experience of managing all aspects of the Trade Marketing and Field Force environment.  Candidates with advanced analytical skills together with business approach and ability to turn brief into action plan, manage time limits and stretched deadlines will excel within this role.

 

Reporting to the Trade Planning Insight Manager, you will be responsible to Analyse Region and Areas performance with a Micromarketing approach in order to identify local issue and opportunities. To achieve your objectives, your main duties will include evaluate commercial return of Cycle Plan activities and propose eventual corrective action.

 

Other key accountabilities may include:
* Propose innovative ways (content/layout/communication) in viewing and analysing Commercial and Consumer data to generate insight
* Support Regional Area Managers in identifying business opportunities through analysing Commercial (Sales, distribution) and Consumer (GCS) data to generate insight

Required Skills and Experience
* Experience of at least 2-5 years in marketing
* University degree or master in maths, statistics or economics with Marketing orientation.  
* MS Office package advanced user (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and excellent knowledge level of Business Object (BO). Good knowledge of SPSS is a plus
* Excellent English level - written and spoken
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong team player
