TRADE MARKETING COORDINATOR
We are looking for Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating the Marketing efforts of Sahale Snacks, building successful partnerships with outside vendors, helping the Team to build our brand, grow our distribution, and fulfill our mission, which is… “To help people savor every moment in life with amazingly great tasting healthy snacks.” Also provide outstanding service to Sahale Snacks and its customers, vendors, and employees.
Sahale Snacks is a growing company that produces and markets healthy natural snack foods. We want someone with a passion for our products, an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in personally growing their skills and responsibilities as we continue to grow our business.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with inside and outside designers to ensure project parameters and deadlines are met.
- Create a cohesive “look” for brand when developing any marketing materials.
- Proof all Marketing documents to ensure accuracy of spelling, grammar, and structure.
- Assist Marketing Team with Marketing programs, research, surveys and planning.
- Manage the trade show calendar and coordinate all details to ensure proper execution.
- Create and maintain a demo program to properly showcase the products and brand at events.
- Manage vendors to ensure timely and accurate production of coupons, labels, and sales materials.
- Develop trade materials, including coupons and POS needs for retail market; track spending against budget and manage inventory.
- Manage the Kwikee website to ensure content remains current.
- Coordinate and develop trade advertising with the Brand Manager and designers.
- Submit new products for Award submission.
- Assist with building marketing budget and managing expenses to plan throughout year.
- Communicate and manage outside PR and media requests for samples, materials information.
- Travel to key trade shows and production facilities as needed.
- Perform special projects as needed.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
- Relevant work experience in Marketing Branding (CPG environment a plus).
- Food industry experience a plus.
- Strong MS Office skills (Design application experience a plus).
- Strong time management and muti-tasking skills necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and give direction to others.
- Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze situations and proactively resolve issues.
