Trade Operations Analyst recruitment

TFS Capital LLC is a boutique, employee-owned Registered Investment Advisor that manages hedge funds and mutual funds. The firm is looking for a Trade Operations Analyst to help with quantitative portfolio management.

In this position, you will help the company manage all aspects of its trading operations.  This mission-critical position has significant responsibility and opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Work with business partners to ensure timely reconciliation of all trading issues

• Monitor internal status reports to ensure successful data delivery and automated task completion

• Help to support and maintain the production trading platform

• Manage cash balances across brokers

• Manage stock loan borrowing fees

• Analyze and monitor trade execution processes

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to help improve processes
 

Required experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another quantitative field

• Exceptional quantitative problem solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Expert Excel knowledge

• SQL and VBA programming experience

• Two or more years of financial industry experience
