Accurately execute daily processes within established deadlines. ? Review client-directed activity requests and create trade orders to execute on those requests. ? Evaluate and execute Strategist driven changes to model allocations. ? Communicate trade instructions to custodians and address any issues experienced by custodians during trade execution. ? Communicate trade volumes, totals and metrics to internal and external parties. ? Review accounts to ensure holdings are aligned with model allocations. ? Confirm trading activity in the billing system to ensure correct values are leveraged for billing processes. ? Execute all pre- and post-trading assigned duties which may include (but are not limited to) reconciling data, auditing account information, reviewing aged instructions, managing funding accounts and capturing metrics. ? Proactively communicate with internal groups on issues and issue resolution. ? Create and implement procedures that minimize/eliminate trade errors that may result in negative financial impact to the firm. ? Continually assess current operating procedures to find process improvement opportunities, take part in ongoing efficiency projects. ? Continually develop a more comprehensive understanding of Genworth Financial Wealth Management. Trade Operations Trader Basic Qualifications Required: ? Bachelors degree ? Candidate should have 2+ years financial industry experience ? Well-developed oral and written communication skills ? Track record of high accountability, ownership, energy and internal drive to achieve personal, team and organizational goals ? Must possess the analytical skills to resolve problems and drive continuous improvement through disciplined root cause analysis ? Outstanding customer focus ? Currently possesses FINRA Series 6 license or ability to obtain license within 90 days Preferred Candidate Qualifications: ? Experience with Security APL Portfolio Accounting System Computer Skills: Strong PC skills to include but not limited to: ? Excel ? Word ? Access ? Outlook ? Inherent ability to learn Genworth Financial Wealth Management specific software within specified time period after hire date.
