Trade Settlement – Global Custody | Operations Manager | Krakow recruitment
Our client is a long established global leader in the international financial services industry with plans to build a significant presence in Krakow.
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their international Trade Settlement group in Krakow.
The international Trade Settlement group within Trade Processing is responsible for supporting the settlement of trade activity, notification of trade status, providing fail reporting, breaks resolution and client service.
The Manager will have direct oversight responsibility for the department leading a small to moderate-sized group of employees who receive direct management from team specific supervisors who direct, supervise and assist the staff with day to day processing activities.
Previous management experience in post-trade processing | global custody | middle office | settlements | network management | fund accounting | corporate action processing | operational risk control, MIS reporting and / or process creation | back office client relationship management or similar will be a distinct advantage.
Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English is required.
