Job Description

- Acquire new customers through targeted lead generation and portfolio management using structured lead generation through internal and external referral sources and contacts established through existing portfolio relationships.
- Maintain close relationship with SME Banking customers in providing solution based initiatives to meet their needs.

Key Roles Responsibilities

- To meet the sales revenue objectives set for Trade Fee Income by promoting Trade Sales, primarily through a proactive, professional and compliant sales approach to the new and existing customers.
- To acquire a good acumen on the trade business within the related geographical location assigned.
- To develop and implement a program of cold calling to acquire new customers
- To structure transaction of deals based on customer needs and give justifications for waiver/deviations from standard pricing.
- To provide quality banking experience and service to customers.
- To assist with the organization of and participate in client seminars to educate the public and to promote products and services to customers.
- To analyze and provide relevant feedback on competitor products and services.
- To cross-sell SME products as when appropriate in helping towards improving the Bank's offerings.
- To undertake regular portfolio reviews to understand portfolio growth and update the same to the Head, Trade Sales.

Qualifications Skills

- Degree in Business or equivalent qualifications.
- Indepth appreciation of trade finance
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
