Our clients include central banks, official institutions, corporations, pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, and mutual funds.  In the U.S. we have offices in Boston, Chicago, New Jersey and New York.  We have an excellent career opportunity for a Trade Support Administrator in our Jersey City office. As part of a two person team, the Trade Support Administrator is shares joint responsibility for the confirmation, processing, and reporting of all trades executed by New York-based portfolio managers. Products traded include, but are not limited to bonds, foreign exchange, and derivatives.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Confirm, process, and report all trades.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with broker-dealers.

• Work with portfolio managers to resolve all trade differences between FFTW and broker-dealers.

• Monitor and control all electronic trade execution, processing, accounting, and reporting systems.

• Instruct custodian banks on settlement of all trades which are not able to be reported electronically.

• Assist in the set-up, pricing, and maintenance of securities data.

• Assist in the management of collateral and margin on derivative positions.

Academic Background and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Excellent academic credentials.

• Related financial services internship(s)/work experience a strong plus. 

• Strong computer skills.
