Trade Support Analyst Job in Bournemouth, South West UK
Our Client, a leading Investment bank located in Bournemouth, are looking for career minded people to join their team.
Role
The team is responsible for looking after various process flows within Commission Sharing Business specific to European clients. The role provides perfect opportunity to develop relationships with senior management in Cash Equity Front Office including Business Heads, Business Managers and Client Relationship Managers. The role also involves building good working relationship with regional partners in US and Asia.
Responsibilities
Onboard new clients into the CSA systems and ensure agreement details such as products, markets, rates and splits are uploaded accurately.
Carry out monthly reconciliations with good understanding of client requirements and PL impact
Generate client statements/trade files, communicate any issues to clients and confirm monthly balances
Meet client deadlines
Make research payments on behalf of the EMEA CSA clients.
Perform cash call-back where required, file any documentation and upload these payment details onto the relevant systems
Review services listed on invoices to ensure they comply with FSA rules and refer to Compliance for approval where required
Work close with Legal to ensure CSA Agreements and Participation Letters are signed and stored
Produce monthly MIS and work on opportunities to increase efficiency and STP
Qualifications / Skills
Exceptional client services skills
Previous experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally with some past exposure to Equity products
Good balance between analytical skills and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail
Good communication skills with ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders who may be in other regions
A self motivated individual who is able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst also working effectively as part of a team
