It delivers solutions for all listed asset classes from equities, fixed income, derivatives and commodities to FX.
Position Overview:

Working within our FNS team, you will have the responsibility of acting as the central point of contact for clients and other external destinations interfacing to us using the FIX protocol. You will be responsible for FIX implementation, certification projects and following-up with live clients.

The role is a combination of on-boarding Project Management and technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible from Implementation to go live, but also for technical support to clients on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for new on-boarding projects.
• Qualifying needs, Technical and functional validation.
• FIX technical documentation.
• Coordination with our other offices globally.
• Coordinate and perform technical tasks related to SunGard Valditm software maintenance and upgrade installed.
• Work with our development and operations staff to service new and existing customers.
• Resolve 2nd line FIX related issues and assist 1st line.
• Ensure that the Service Level Agreement is met and reported accordingly.

Aside of these daily operations, you will be included in the tools and process improvement to ease the implementation and production management. We welcome ambition and someone who wishes to progress to a leadership role.

• Financial markets knowledge (equities and derivatives preferable).
•Trade Support experience
• Experience working with the FIX protocol is desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with a keen sense for technical direction to quickly triage and resolve issues.
• Able to function in an intense environment with the ability to take initiative and operate with an owner-minded attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Eager to learn and quick to pick up new systems.
• Detail oriented; Demonstrates thoroughness.
• Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; Good sense of urgency.
• Additional technical skills: Linux, Networking and scripting.
