The Client
Our client is a major player in the Financial Industry and has strong presences globally. In its continued investment and growth in Asia, they are seeking a competent Trade Support to join their high class team.
The incumbent will be an integral part the Trade Support Team – APAC based here in Singapore in which he/she will be involved in providing critical assistance with error trades, order status, and cancellations. Provide Technical assistance including front-end trading platforms and host functionality in addition to all requests for service restoration etc.
The Ideal Candidate must have the followings:
- At least 5yrs Front Office Trade Support experience
- Good domain knowledge within the Commodities/ Energy/ Derivatives space
- Good technical knowledge in trading systems
- Good communication skills
- Competence in Mandarin/ Japanese/ Korean language desirable
