Our client is an exciting Hedge Fund that is looking to grow their Operations side and recruit a Trade Support analyst. At the forefront of the banking world our client is recruiting for a strong Cash Equity individual who is strong on the Asia markets especially Hong Kong, is energetic, driven and has strong knowledge of Middle office Operations.
Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day trade processing, clearance and settlement of transactions between the Fund and other counterparties.
Resolve clients' queries and discrepancies regarding any post trading issue effectively.
Keep operational records for control and management reviews current and updated.
Working closely with Front Office to ensure their business requirements are met with a view to reducing costs by improving processes.
Participate in designing the operating process workflow of new products, supporting improvements and re-engineering operational processes.
Skills required:
You must have in-depth knowledge of Cash Equity products.
Front Office Exposure you will need to be confident, articulate and comfortable dealing with traders.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and be vigilant when validating the settlement instructions and lifecycle management of trades.
3 years experience within banking or financial services, specific experience in equity markets is needed.
University degree.
Excellent communication skills.
