Trade Support – JGB support recruitment
Duties
1.Day-to-day support of JGB trading activities (including derivative products)
2.Ensure all trades have been booked accurately on Trade Date and any discrepancies are escalated and resolved in timely manner
3. Manage life cycle events on Trading positions
4 Mitigate Operational Risks associated with MO processes and ensure Control Framework
5. Work with Hong Kong MO and Tokyo BO to ensure processes outside of MO are covered without issues.
6.Review and improve MO process efficiency
7.Work with Technology Department to raise system issues and enhance applications for robust control environment and operational efficiency
8. Work with other internal departments when required (e.g. Compliance, Legal and Risk Department)
Requirements
1. 5 years + experience in working in Operations (MO)
2. Products Knowledge (particularly focus on JGB / IRD)
3. Solid experience in supporting JGB trading desk
4. Accuracy / Swiftness / Attention to detail
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. Strong communication skills (both written and spoken Japanese English)
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office
8. VBA and program languages skills are plus
