My client is a leading broker of FX and CFD's. Over the last year their volume has increased substantially and they are expecting double the increase in 2013. As a result an excellent and evolving opportunity is available for technical support engineer to join the team with MT4 experience.
As the technical support analyst you will be working with a broad range of technologies including Windows infrastructure, networking and trade applications. Experience with Meta Trader 4 would be highly beneficial in this environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with. My client can offer a divers position that will enable the technical engineer to gain hands on exposure to a full trading technology set up. This role is designed to progress in into a senior where you will be responsible for building out a team.
To be considered for the role of technical support engineer, you will need skills and experience in the following:
* Meta Trader 4 Experience would be highly beneficial
* Basic networking and TCP/IP Troubleshooting experience
* Microsoft Exchange server experience
* Windows server experience
* LAN/WAN Troubleshooting skills
* Desktop Support - Active Directory
* Any exposure to Bloomberg / Reuters would be ideal
