Based in Hong Kong, your main tasks are to support portfolio managers on daily trade transactions, resolve settlement issues and to monitor all corporate action events for the Firm. Acting as a main point of contact, you will liaise extensively with prime brokers and internal colleagues on trade reconciliations, unmatched trades, corporate actions and settlement issues.
To qualify, you must have 2-5 years of experience in trade support/ operations role, preferably in investment bank or hedge fund. Ability to prioritize and instruct the prime brokers / fund administrator to resolve daily issues is a must to succeed in this role. Strong knowledge in financial products such as OTC and Listed equity derivatives, FX, interest rate swap, and fixed income is a definite plus. Strong VBA programming skills is highly preferred.
