Trade Support Officer
This role is a London position for the US Trading desk. The successful applicant will be required to work US market hours.
The function of this role will be to work within the equity execution team to assist with trade bookings, trade breaks, reconciliations, position differences, client confirmations and updating client information. The Trade Support team has a lot of responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the desk and also has the freedom to improve processes and systems where possible. This is a dynamic role that has very few job description limitations.
Working alongside the execution traders and brokers, the succesful candidate must be able to use their initiative in resolving any trade problems or queries that arise quickly and efficiently.
Beyond being detail orientated and confident, the applicant should be able to demonstrate that they are profficent in excel, Knowledge of Bloomberg SSEOMS would be benefical though not necessary. The successful candidate will ideally have a good understanding of the industry and at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role or be a Graduate.
