Traded Products Documentation (APAC) recruitment
The role will be responsible for negotiating master documentation and resolving related issues. The incumbent should be confident identifying legal risks in master agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
To succeed in this role you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:
- Experience in general commercial banking including lending and experience in derivatives obtained in an international financial institution in the Asia Pacific Region
- Must be a Commonwealth qualified lawyer with at least 1-4 years’ relevant experience
- Mandarin speakers preferred
