Job Description
The Trademark Paralegal is responsible for providing a full range of trademark paralegal functions as part of legal team including conducting trademark clearance, managing a global trademark portfolio, working on trademark litigations, oppositions, and cancellation proceedings, reviewing advertising and marketing materials, and generating trademark reports. The role has significant interaction with the Marketing department.
Position Requirements
- Previous in-house corporate experience preferred
