Trader Assistant (12 months) [ Ref: P-618-Trader Assistant-KM] recruitment
Internally, you will work closely with all internal trading and sales desks globally to cover their Equity Finance needs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Produce PnL, Risk and Client statistics
• Help traders to input Securities Lending/Borrowing and Delta One Single Stock trades
• Cover internal trading desks for long and short positions
• Run credit checks for upcoming trades
• Help to produce market intelligence reports
• Liaise with Operations for settlement and corporate actions
• Manage some Equity Finance projects
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Traders or Management
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Previous working experience in Financial Field preferred
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Strong software/programming skills (Excel, VBA, SQL)
• Result oriented, determined and able to make independent decisions
• Fluent English + other Asian language is a plus (Mandarin/Cantonese/Korean)
