Knowledge to Action Ltd provides life changing information to people from various backgrounds and all ages. They are seeking a bright and highly organised individual to join the team in Fulham, London and offer excellent coaching support to delegates.

The Role

Knowledge to Action Ltd currently has an opportunity to join our trading floor as a Trader Coach. Trader Coaches are the main educational contact for K2A’s clients. Working with clients over Skype and also in person on the Live Trading Floor, you are responsible for accurately training and coaching clients, assisting in the development of Live Trading Floor .com and Knowledge to Action.

Extensive training will be given across K2A’s Training Product Range and software packages, a large part of the role will be developing your trading abilities alongside our professional traders. As you develop in the role, you will begin to manage a constant number of delegates allocated to you and you will be responsible for their trading development. After 6 months in the role you will be considered for promotion as a full-time trader.

-          A strong understanding of the Forex and Stock markets

-          Demonstrate you are numerate and IT literate

-          Outstanding communication skillsb

-          Outstanding multi-tasking and organisational skills

-          Self Manage

-          Must be a team player, but also have the ability to work independently

-          The ability to present is essential as group training is required

-          Motivational and persuasive skills are essential

 Experience

-          Proven Trading record

-          Fluency in another language, would be advantageous

-          Relevant financial broking/trading experience would be a distinct advantage
