Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.

The London Foreign Exchange (FX) Forwards trading desk is responsible for all pricing and risk managing all FX Forwards currency trades within the European region - globally the most active FX Forwards market. In addition to this, it is responsible for funding and managing cash positions in all core currencies.

We are looking for a book-runner for the Asian Non-Deliverable Forward (NDF) portfolio who will contribute to all parts of the business, from generating and executing client deals to hedging in the market, managing risk, and maintaining systems and reporting. This role is a major link between the FX forwards desk, the FX spot desk and FX sales globally, and as such it is important that the individual is an excellent communicator and networker.

Key Responsibilities:
Pricing of client deals
Managing risk across multiple currencies in multiple products - primarily NDFs
Funding desk cash positions across liquid Asian currencies
Liaising with other traders globally in pricing transactions involving multiple books
Managing FX exposure across all books
Interacting with sales and originations to generate new business
You will be responsible for significant revenue targets
Training other members of the team
Future responsibilities include improving systems, pricing and technology to improve processes as well as liaising with back and middle office to streamline risk reconciliation and reporting

You will have:
Previous experience in a major Investment Bank in a front office trading role - either NDF or FX role
Thorough knowledge of the workings of the foreign exchange market
An in depth understanding of major FX clients and their behaviours in the foreign exchange market
Experience pricing, trading and risk managing foreign exchange and money market products
Proven ability to price, execute and risk manage large client deals
Thorough knowledge of risk systems used
Solid Profit and Loss history
Previous experience trading NDFs is required
Strong interpersonal skills
Analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
